Christianity Explored is designed to allow you to seek answers to questions that we all ask about why we are here and what happens after we have died. About this man called Jesus and the bible, is it just a fairy tale?
During the course, by studying Mark's gospel we will give you the information that allows you to decide whether Jesus was mad, bad or if He was who He said He was.
During the course you will not be asked to sing, read aloud or pray. If you just want to sit and listen that is fine.

The Course has given me a much greater depth of understanding about why Jesus came and the enormity of what he did for us and a far better understanding of what it means to be a Christian. I was offered the opportunity to do the 'Christianity Explored' course last October. I didn't know what to expect so consulted my daughter who had done the course as part of her marriage preparation.She assured me it was well worth while and that I would enjoy it.
The DVD we watched as part of the course is easy to follow and makes for some interesting discussion. We had some passages from St Marks Gospel to read at home and questions to answer, but nothing too taxing.
It was very useful to meet with Jackie once a week to chat about the home study.
The course is just as it titled, it explains what Jesus did for us and why we follow him.
